Celebrating Jack's Birthday
Celebrating Jack's Birthday
ZB Made him his favorite German Chocolate Cake
Made him his favorite chocolate chip cookies
Made him a batch of fresh strawberry cupcakes
He Got His WISH!
The following weekend we made him his favorite dinner!
ZB and I made him this APPLE TART!
YUM
Here is his stuffed pork loin.... We stuffed it with Kale, Shitake Mushrooms, ground pork, apples and seasonings... We used Hard Apple Cider to moisten it... We topped it with Prosciutto and fresh rosemary.... We placed the left over apple slices under the roast while baking and served on side....
We served with oven roasted red potatoes and asparagus.
Delish!
He loved the apple tart so we had to make him another one the very next night!
Saint Patrick's Day Cards
A Word of Warning: I made this card for grandson, Mason, for St. Patrick's Day and sent it in an acrylic envelope... ( I have received cards this way so thought it was safe!) Well the card never arrived, so I had to remake and resend. This time I put in regular envelope.
5 minute card
A FEW OF MY APRIL CARDS
MARCH WAS A BUSY MONTH.... ST. PATRICK'S DAY, EASTER CARDS AND BIRTHDAYS!
Here are a few of my Easter Cards
The Bunny is made using punches....
The Ducks and the Chocolate Bunny are cut using the Cricut...
Here are 3 very simple cards using punches a Cricut Gypsy using shapes from different cartridges to make different designs.... I got the ideas after using different punches to make different characters.... The gypsy allows you to take a portion of a design and block out the rest of the design .... so the possibilities are limitless.....
